Today has been difficult for me ngl. Right now I'm feeling depressed, anxious, and other various things. Sometimes dealing with my emotions can be tiring. I'm even experiencing heart palpitations, which I thankfully haven't experienced in a while, but it is definitely the opposite of fun.

All of those things are awful, I can empathize with you, the best thing I suggest is to use the coping methods you've developed with time and try your best to accept "yes this is how I'm feeling, and it's absolutely awful." I always found that the simple things like a shower could help with those feelings, and if it doesn't at least thats one thing done, one less stressor to all of the stuff that is going on. Sorry if this isn't much help
