Ten Years with Fibromyalgia: A Reflection

@Dollydip23 Fibromyalgia is basically an exclusion diagnosis. Although your symptoms do sound a lot like fibromyalgia symptoms, all other possibilities will need to be excluded before you get a fibromyalgia dx. It will be time and energy consuming (I'm reaching 1yr since my first appointment and only just been referred to a Rheumatologist for an official dx) - but having bloods done is the first step in the right direction, which will usually show as "normal" with fibro.
