Is it normal to have abdominal cramping every time I eat? it affects my day to day life, and I'm not sure what to do about it...

I believe the cramping is pretty normal with IBS, but I would still try to see your GI Dr and if you don't have one ask your general practitioner to refer one to you. Good luck 👍
