      I struggle everyday my weight changes everyday and even when I eat the right food it does not seem to help. What helps you all

      I still have awful flare ups, but ever since my doctor prescribed Bentyl, things have been a bit better. I have IBS D. I get colon contractions, along with nausea and sometimes vomiting.
