If it'll go away one day. I feel like I have so much hope it will develop away, but it's also my biggest fear. That I'm stuck with epilepsy.

if its real or not, that might sound dumb but I've been lead to believe my whole life that I've been suffering with epilepsy but now the doctors are so sure if I still have epilepsy

The fact that I don't realize it happened until afterwards and my family has to wat h it happen. Also the possibility of it happening in public and the possible injuries. šŸ˜„

@Momma_84 does this mean you see things messed up or your eyes twitch? I ask because since I started having seizures my eyes have been acting up so bad. If I try to read everything jumps, sometimes with color.

I used to fear it. But...I've been diagnosed so long, it's hard to explain. It's no longer a fear. I'm "used" to them. Ah sorry if this sounds selfish. I've been seizure free so long. That I guess I'm freaked out about having one. That took a turn huh? Guess I'm not used to it

The rare conscious seizures. When Iā€™m trapped in my mind with no control over my body. Iā€™d rather fall unconscious and flail. When Iā€™m still mentally there, time is too slow and the twitching is painful. At least when Iā€™m unconscious, I donā€™t feel the pain. Itā€™s torture to be conscious while seizing.

@Walking_Library I feel the same.y co-workers and friends think that the unconscious ones are worse and I don't know how to explain to them that conscious ones are worse. I hate trying to talk after a conscious seizure but not be able to say anything
