I deal with nausea all the time but no idea if it’s connected to my endo. And same for sex, didn’t think it was from that. I have ruptured a cysts once from sex but normally it’s a little uncomfortable. Do you think it’s from endo?

I got super sick today after intercourse and decided to get on Google. I always assume my symptoms aren't endo and then get proved wrong almost every time! I found an article on nausea after sex and endo was on the list of reasons you could be experiencing it. Which is super frustrating to me because I was hoping to find a way to make it stop. Every time a symptom leads to endo it feels like a dead end in a way. I can do my best to treat the symptoms but I know the endo isn't going anywhere.

interesting. I feel nauseous also after sex but always thought it was something else. I take prescription med to help with nausea maybe it can be taken before to combat it?

Nausea after sex I thankfully haven’t had but pain and cramping after is unfortunately pretty normal for me. Cannabis has helped a lot. I’m able to relax more and the whole experience is more enjoyable. I’ve heard it helps with nausea as well so if it’s legal in your state and you aren’t against it I would recommend maybe trying it or at least CBD. ❤️

I do use cannabis and it definitely makes things better. I first looked into it because of vaginismus. Obviously it was helpful, otherwise I wouldn't be asking for tips on pain afterward haha! I haven't used it every time I get intimate, only when I feel stressed and like I may need the help. It hadn't occured to me to use it to in order to prevent pain, but it makes a lot of since. Thanks for commenting, I appreciate the suggestion!

Zofran for nausea. Pelvic wand for the pelvic pain. I keep mine in the freezer and use it before sex and it helps relax the muscles. My pelvic floor PT recommended it to me. And a tens unit for cramps
