I have. I found that they had very useful information. While it didn’t help a ton with the actual endo pains and cramps, it helped with a lot of tightness that caused pain with sex and they were even able to tell me that other parts of my body that I never would have thought of have been effected and how to help fix them.

It helped more with urine incontinence that I suffered from, but not so much with my endo pain
