Does anyone else get super restless on bad pain days. Kdk what it is, but when at I'm like a 3-6 I just go about my normal and rest when I can or whatever. When I'm like a 6.5 or higher I get so restless. I know all I should do is rest, but for some reason I am always up and flailing around or something dumb, gotta do all these chores, gotta go drive, gotta play with the dogs. All it does it make it worse. But like rn I'm at like a 7 and feel so agitated and under stimulated
