Managing Chronic Pain: How Do You Cope?

what’s your daily pain like? how do you manage it? is pain your most severe symptom? mine is lately at a 4 or 5 out of ten without moving, but pretty much any movement of arms or legs quickly spikes it. so I don’t do anything. I’m on a lot of medication but none of it is specifically for pain relief except celebrex, which I just started. I do think it helps a bit but it’s not enough. I also do acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, chiropractic work, and therapies like pemf and laser. they’re all minorly helpful, but all of them combined I believe contributes a lot to my overall health and wellness level.

5-6 usually, on bad days 7-8. This is out of 10. I use biofreeze and gel roll ons (I don't have inflammation tho). I use handheld massagers and heating packs. And sleeping helps the pain for me. Or I'll massage a part of my body with my hands. My legs and back bother me the most.

My chronic pain is probably the most severe thing of my illnesses but my ear ringing can be really loud and annoying sometimes. My period can make it worse so that's hard. My pain doesn't get worse to walk, but running or sometimes any other exercise hurts it. Or it will just hurt after a long day. It hurts the most in the morning and before I go to sleep. I don't feel any pain when I'm sleeping.
