have you ever been so depressed that you can't bring yourself to eat and your also very hungry but even thinking of food makes you nauseous and when you try to eat something it taste disgusting so you can't bring yourself finish it? thats me right now and I don't know what to do.

      Yes that have happened to me when I was in junior high. I would go days without eating because I just didn’t want to eat even though I was hungry but any sight or smell of food made me sick to my stomach. I would start to eat small bland foods like applesauce, rice, bread, crackers and then work yourself up to more foods

        @SummerGirl I tried to have some pizza earlier but i couldn't keep it down. I haven't eaten in 2 days

      Yes and I usually just snack on bland things and/or calorie dense things so that I can get as much nutrition as possible from a single snack
