Loss of Appetite: What's Going On?

These past few days I’ve noticed I haven’t been eating much. Like I’d forget to eat and I don’t don’t find anything appetizing. Idk if it’s loss of appetite or something else. I realize that I haven’t ate much when I’m in bed and start feeling nauseous. Anyone know what causes this and how to help it?

Idk what the cause is, but when this happens to me, I force myself to eat little meals/snacks. Things that I can eat when I feel like that: applesauce, df vanilla ice cream, fruity smoothies, apples, and dry cereal. I like to try to add protein powder to anything I can keep down to make sure I get protein and don't start loosing weight again
