Was on kolonopin for 2 1/2 years. I stopped due to a change in providers and running out. After I ran out I didn’t want to take it anymore.. this was in late October it has been really hard since. Lots of brain fog and confusion- increased depression …increase anxiety 😥 I know it is bad to just stop but it’s been 4 -5 months it is getting easier very slowly. Has anyone had a really terrible time after stopping for so long? Is there anything I can do?? It had been really difficult 😞 Thanks all any help is appreciated!!
