I have a pain in my lower abdomen occasionally. I generally ignore it but I always think I'm dying. But it could be ibs. Here's the thing. My advice is to try to get off the benzos. They do not give you the long-term relief you are craving. I just got off Ativan and I'm so happy. I had rebound anxiety. But I have twitches. Sometimes after sneezing my stomach twitches and I think I have a neurological disease. The big thing is stay off Google try to do it for a couple days. Then a week.
