hi everyone!!! so i have POTS and hEDS and i get this super weird feeling that nobody has been able to relate to so i’m wondering if anyone here gets it. sometimes i get this feeling in my knees / calves where it feels like my muscles have rug burn and then i ran a marathon with spikes in a cage around my legs. it’s extremely painful and i still don’t know what it is 😅

yup yup yup. it’s like super bad pain that’s so bad like you can barely explain it! sometimes it feels like someone has a knife in the middle of my legs and are just spinning it around! lmk if you relate to this!!

That sounds like it might be neuropathic pain. For me it feels like having electrical shocks running down my legs and arms, but a lot of people experience it as a burning or stabbing sensation. It's a common symptom with EDS
