Electrocution-like sensation with POTS

I get this feeling like my body is being electrocuted. it's like a shock wave going through my whole body at once. it's not painful, but it makes me feel very unstable and i cannot stay standing. i think it is a symptom of my POTS, does anyone know what this is called or has anyone experienced it themselves?
