How can I deal with internalized transphobia? I don’t feel like it’s my right to transition and I get detrans paranoia and I keep missing my shots. A lot of it is self-esteem and not having positive trans role models. Anyone have any media recommendations?

The newest rockos modern life movie dealt with being trans really wonderfully. Unfortunately i cant share any real life role models, but i wanted to say i struggled with this for a really long time and sometimes still do. The truth is you have a condition that from in utero messed with the way your body produces hormones (theoretically) and its your right to use medicine to treat that. Its no different than a cis man needing to take testosterone, his hormone condition just developed later.
