Difficulty Staying Focused During Sex

Sort of a strange question I guess but hear me out.. have you guys also experienced difficulty being in the moment and staying focused during sex? I’ve always been one to zone out and it prevents me from being present and actually enjoying it and it sucks, I found out recently that that was an ADHD thing!

      This is AN ADHD THIMG?!?! You may have just changed my life! Honestly I counter act this by being high frequently 😂🍃💨 but seriously it helps me stay present and I think that’s important! If you aren’t down with the thc no stress, cbd is pretty rad too!

      Yes! I feel like it’s common among ADHDers. One of the things that I’ve found that helps is learning a rhythm that works for both you and partner. It makes sex not be “unnecessarily long” if that makes sense but we’re both still connected and satisfied.

      Yes! Then I try too hard to focus on my partner and it becomes work :(
