Hii I’ve had this app for a bit but I don’t believe I’ve spoken before. I have a question about something that I think has to do with my ADHD but I’m not sure since I dont really understand much about it tbh I find it really hard to focus and when someone asks me a question, it’s very hard for me to think and answer it. I often answer with “I don’t know” or don’t answer at all. Same thing with school most of the time: I’ll have a test that asks a question and I’ll just read it over and over and not understand what it says and not be able to come up with an answer. My brain just feels kind of floaty and distracted, and the most I can do is think about the fact that I’m trying to think and not be able to pay attention to the thing I’m trying to think of/about itself. Is this, in fact, related to my ADHD and if so is there something I can do about it? It makes things really hard for me in social and academic situations. I’m not on any adhd meds in case you were wondering.
