@KittyKatKuo However I do flap, rock, sway, flex my hands alot, squirm, and I love stimming via petting and rubbing my hands on certain textures, holding my hand in my mouth etc

Flapping is a stim usually for excitement or giddiness or happiness for me lol. I use to be bullied for that one via my mom who asked if I was a chicken and when id say no she said then why are you trying to fly away
Rocking back and forth while listening to music really loud in headphones is the besttt. Also touching comforting textures like soft blankets and such helps me a lot too:)
I do the thing where I touch my fingertips together on each hand one finger at a time (not sure if that makes sense) - I also shake my head a lot if I get excited, do flappy hands, open and close my hands, repeat my favourite sounds from songs (ecolalia), hitting my palms together - I honestly like most of my stims, it’s sad that I have to mask them from people

I like flapping, bouncing, chewing/sucking, and rocking back and forth the most!
My personal favorite is what I call "twisty wrists" I just hold my forearms to chest level in front of me and twist my wrists. I also hit the bottom of my palms together like clapping but it doesn't make a loud clapping sound, just a thud.
I tend to rub the seams on clothing (has to be just right or I get frustrated) and making random small noises (I try not to though cause my family isn't to fond of either one of these)
I pull my hair, tap my fingers, shake my leg(s) and punch my hands
@Melissa28 I also rock back and forth
tapping fingers, this weird finger thing i can’t explain (😭), swaying, bouncing, dancing, swaying my arms
Flapping my hands and jumping are my favorite
My partner is incorporated in a lot of my stims because I know he's safe so I feel really comfortable with him. As an example I can say just 1 word and he will help- Squish = he lays his bodyweight onto of me Squeeze = big bear hug Wiggle = we wiggle He also Instinctively gives me his hand to play with if I can't focus and blocks my back/keeps me close so others don't get in my bubble.
@Demon He's really sweet and finds most of them cute. And loves to mess with me by copying them or stiming with me when I stomp or do flapy hands😋
Some Stims That Make Me Feel Really Good But Might Sound Weird: I Love To Listen To Certain Songs But Not For The Lyrics Jus Because Of The Pitch Of The Voice And The Melody Of The Music I Won’t Even Really Pay Attention To The Lyrics To The Point In Which I Don’t Know The Lyrics To Songs I Have Heard A Million Times
@Bean69 Even Jus Sayin Or Hearin Certain Spoken Words Are A Feel Good Stim For Me
Rubbing my feet on the carpet, huddling up in my stress blanket, stroking my hand, pacing and tapping
Flapping, jumping, rocking. I also love rubbing my hands and face on soft things and hugging my big squishmallow. I’m also a big visual stimmer. I’m just staring at things constantly.
I twitch my neck a lot, I'm not sure if it's a stim or a tic yet though, when I was younger (before I got diagnosed) I would flap my arms and spinning circles, my mom called me a flappy bird, now my favorite is probably sitting and hugging my knees while rocking back and forth

I crack my knuckles and turn my head side to side a lot (just learned that one is a stim 😅). Recently I've been snapping my fingers a lot as well.
OMG I DO THAT TOO I FLAP MY HANDS AND DO LITTLE JUMPS AS I DO
@bunniigutz little jumps also feel so nice!!
