What's Your Favorite Stim?

As a percussionist, I love imitating the french timpani stroke in my right hand (pretty much hand flapping). Feels good, and I know exactly how to do it!

Flappy hand and doing this little side step thingy.

Believe it or not...but dancing. I swear I can't stay still if I don't dance at least once a day. It's like I have too much mental energy to get out of me.

Anything that involves rocking or jiggling parts of my body <3

Rocking. I didn't realize how cathartic it was for me until I went to my dad's for two weeks and couldn't do it because my dad "won't have any r*tards" in his house :/ The first time I rocked when my dad wasn't home, the amount of physical relief I felt was astonishing to me
