What are your favorite stims?

The arm flaps, jumping, shaking my hands, rocking, and if my gf is with me I have her apply deep pressure (usually just hold me and not let me move)

i like this pop pop sound i can make with my lips, tongue-clicking, eh-eh-eh, rocking, feet wiggling (evolved from suppressing rocking and hand flapping), dancing, pacing, and humming

Flapping my arms, scratching if I am overstimulated, and just not sitting still.

Singing, copying sounds, and floppy hands

Tapping, rocking back and forth, and the classic flappy hands

Cracking my knuckles and rubbing a straw with my fingers

I LOVE rocking, stomping, hopping, and flappery hands

Favorites are drumming with my teeth & feet, humming, & putting my hands over my face & rubbing my eyes. Weirdest, socially, would be walking repetitively in patterns on tiled floors, climbing things, scratching my arm with my teeth, & very quickly/repetitively plugging & unplugging my ears. (The last one was awesome for escaping into my own little world in k-12 school)

I like to pace, or tap on people or my hands.

Claw hands

I like jumping, listening to music, rubbing my hands together, flapping my hands, walking on my toes, and I also have one where I hold my hands out and wiggle my fingers. Not sure how to describe that one exactly but it's really fun!!

I like chewing on things, and I have a lot of visual stims. My brain really likes squares so pixel art is a big one. I also do the classic happy flappy hands (which is even better with sweater paws)

Hand flapping. OG for a reason

Toe bounces!!! Tounge clicking, perching in high and dangerous places while toe bouncing

Pen or pencil spin, tapping and music. Plus a dark room while sitting on floor

I don’t know really… oooo never mind I know clicking my fingers together. My index and thumb I click them together. Playing with fabric on my clothes by rubbing my finger/ pulling the thread up with my finger nail.

I pace in circles or pace in a line for hours every day. It is my most common stimming behavior along with wringing my hands together. When I am stressed or agitated I tend to rock and yank on my hair, and during meltdowns I tend to beat my face up with my fists

I jump up and down while shaking my hands and it’s really funny

I have a worm toy that I fling around and hit on tables , or rubbing my hands together lol

Chewing or wiggling usually but I like playing with and watching slimes!

Kinda specific, but silky tassles. The way they feel on my skin is the absolute best feeling in the world
