What kinds of stimming do you do when you're happy? I have a habit of pacing around a room and I've been really self conscious of it for years but I'm beginning to manage it better and become more accepting of it as something that is distinctly me. I was curious what you all do when you're excited or happy that helps you physically express yourself

When I’m happy I tend to sing because it feels good. I also do a little wiggle in my seat when I start eating something yummy. 😊

I hand flap, jump, and move my head around like in a figure eight. I love doing that! 💕

Singing is definately a big one for me. I work in a Café and oftentimes find myself quietly singing along with the radio. Half the time I absentmindedly sing without it. The regulars are used to it and periodically compliment me. It's often mentioned how much people enjoy it in online reviews.
I tend to shake my hands so hard you can hear the bones in them shifting 💀
I sing my feeling out loud in harmony with the universe

I rock on my bed and or wave my hands around. Sometimes I make a noise or say a phrase I like saying.

i do the foot tapping as well, especially when listening to music, ill do it with my fingers and foot to the music
When I get excited I tap my hand rapidly, or I stomp my feet gently! I call them "tappies"
