I had to drive 500 miles. 9 hrs in the car and I am crippled so far for 3 days. I have disabled my arm before just wiping my butt. I am so over it. I once sneezed and spent a week with not able to turn my head.
Always do the hard stuff first. Yes it hurts like
HE🏒🏒 but it is better when the job is done and you go to wind down for the day. This is because the smaller stuff gives the pain a chance to calm down some before going into relax mode. It's how I get through my shifts as a cook at my local hospital.
