Living with End Stage Degenerative Arthritis

Sometimes when I cannot lie or sit still, I feel like it is driving me crazy.

I also have fibro. I feel like fibro has a mental stress component. Am I the only one who feels that??

You have to get up and move your body , walks, exercise, fitness place ,comfy shoes ; good luck .

I feel that. I want my own hot tub. Last summer we camped the lake and I floated in the water from sun up to sun down. The weightlessness was freaking magical. Next week we're headed to Colorado. I'm going on the hunt for publicly accessable hot springs. Ah me. I may never leave. ♨️

Sorry for your suffering. It is no fun! I eat an anti-inflammation diet and take lots of Epsom salt baths. Hugs!
