@Kadair I really like my therapist. But not sure if allowed to reach out in the future after this work is finished. Would hate to start again with someone new.

i like my therapist, she rescues animals and brings them in as comfort animals

I have had several throughout the years. Only because they either move to a higher position or leave and go somewhere else. Overall they all have been great! I love my current on as she can relate more than the other have.

i've had one for several months now. i think it's important to take the time early on to evaluate whether the therapist you meet is a good fit for you. i'm pretty sure a lot of places allow you to request a different therapist or get a referral to somewhere else. mine's been alright. we meet maybe once a month for an hour and our meetings are my primary way of getting access to some medical/life resources.

I'm based in the UK and had to go private in order to stick with same therapist for a long time. I've had free therapy too but it tends to be limited to 6 sessions for the type of severity I tend to have.

I am lucky and have been sticking with the same therapist! though, I know many other people have to go through multiple therapists to find one that's right for them!
