Concerns about Heart Health

So lately my heart has been doing funky things and it’s scaring me. My grandpa died from heart disease and I was told by my cardiologist it’s possible I would get it later on in my life (this was when I was 10, I am 21 now.). I woke up in the middle of the night with the feeling of my chest vibrating on left side and my shoulder/neck started to hurt, stayed up for an hour and I finally fell back to sleep and slept better. It’s just everyday it’s a different sensation and pain in my chest and it’s exhausting. My last visit to cardiologist was last year and I was told I had a fib and heart flutters. I’m scared if I go back I’ll head bad news😩
