Concerns about my High Blood Pressure and Chest Pain

Good morning, I have high blood pressure, for about two years now ! I been suffering with chest pain on my left side. I’m currently under a care of a cardiologist however he told me it’s strained muscle. Due to work I do a lot of lifting .,Believe me I don’t want it to be my heart. However I get symptoms like a hot ball in my chest just for a few seconds, or pain in the back of neck, or something crawling on my face, or feet Sometimes I feel like I’m going to faint. I’m just afraid that whatever it’s inside of me they are not able to see could get worst over the years and it can be too late for me!
