can somebody please tell me what is going on? at first I had really bad disassociation where I felt completely unreal so that resulted in mild scratching which then I felt better but then led back to disassociation where I self harmed and put cold water on my face, then happy then anxious?? I have no reason or clear thought process I'm just doing it
