I've tried every grounding technique I've learned from therapy in the two years I've been going yet I'm still never grounded. I feel like I'm forever stuck in a dissociative episode without any escape. I've seriously tried everything. Admitting myself traumatized me and just made it a lot more worse and frequent. Can anyone relate at all?..
