It feels so impossible to manage my depersonalization and it’s affecting my performance at work. My therapist gives me helpful grounding techniques but they never seem to work and usually cause me to dissociate more. My question is, are there any alternatives to managing my dissociation other than the typical grounding techniques?

Honestly I have the same thing it's scary but I let myself go with it instead of fighting it just steer it towards a good thing like instead of freaking out about how you feel just remember it's your body trying to deal with stress by logging out and you'll come back. Might not be the BEST advice but that's what I do or try to think of good memories that keep me remembering I'm real I have real experiences and it's gonna be ok
