i have a really hard time pinpointing what emotion im feeling when im upset, and usually end up going quiet and not being able to think straight. how do i get better at keeping grounded?

      What you describe is something that took me a long time to be able to do well. What I did, in the end, was to go to behavioral psychotherapy, and there the therapist helped me express my feelings in a good verbal way and to be able to put my finger on what I was suffering from.
