Looking for natural remedies for my psoriasis

as far as natural remedies go, coconut oil is a holy grail for any skin issues i have and i always try it first. as much as i’d love for it to be this easy, i’ve gotten the best results with topical creams prescribed by my dermatologist

My psoriasis showed up when I was 18. I have been through so many lotions and creams and salves it's not even funny 🙃 it's been on my knees, calves, and elbows for most of the past 10 years. Recently it decided to move from knees and elbows to my palms and the soles of my feet (utter misery, it itches SO BAD). I also prefer natural remedies/topicals, and I've found a few that work for me for both the plaques and the itchiness/pain when it splits.
