Hi there! I'm new and for the longest time I thought I thought I had eczema up until last summer. I've been using steroid creams and was briefly using an oral medication before it made me feel ill. I know almost nothing about this skin condition only that it's annoying, can spread fast when I'm under a lot of stress or during certain seasons.

I would suggest a combination of coal tar and salicylic acid the brand mg-17 on Amazon is excellent. I've used different prescription creams but almost always my psoriasis grows immune to them but does better with more natural things. Try wrapping wet paper towels around after topical application and never take hot showers. Let me know if you have any questions!

@LuciaLavender no problem! It really depends on severity as well, my brother has it severe and needs monthly injections but I have more moderate went from my head to legs to arms and now I just have one patch I'm working on. It flares up with weight gain, stress, etc. they're not sure what causes it but it's an autoimmune reaction and probably genetic. Have a good day!
