Dove dermacare shampoo+conditioner. I recommend the mint one. It doesn't cure the psoriasis but it does help it heal a little and tames the itchiness. It also smells amazing!!

Rub the inside of a banana peel on the skin. It works to lesson the ich as well as the extra skin layers. But be warned it does feel like its burning and it will make the spot extra red for about ten minutes then just wipe off the gunk from the peel and do that about 3 times a day.
