I've been experiencing joint/bone pain for about 6 years now. It's not constant. However, most pms/menstruation weeks involve an extreme increase in this pain. This month it was so severe I ended up at urgent care. a male doctor told me I "probably have the flu. Drink water and take Acetaminophen." I was, of course, tested for COVID and the flu and to no surprise tested negative. The first doctor (also a man š) I saw about this told me (without testing my blood for anything) that I probably just needed to drink orange juice during my pms week. š¬ I have a high pain tolerance but this month has definitely been the most severe. I've tried max dose Acetaminophen, max dose Mortin, hot baths with Epsom salts, drinking OJ before my period, drinking more water, going for walks/stretching, resting, weighted blanket, heating blanket, hot tub, sauna, steam room, etc. Has anyone else experienced this?
