I recently noticed increased pain and inflammation in my abdomen and hips with this most recent period as well! It was so strange, I tried going up on my pain meds for fibro, but that increased other weird symptoms. I think that stress triggered all my conditions to flare up at once, like IBS and fibro, and it felt like my body was attacking itself. I hope you can find some relief! Sometimes all you can do is lay down with either a hot or cold pack and try to distract yourself with things you enjoy or sleep.
