Maybe you’re experiencing the floaty dizziness that accompanies it? Try asking for a lower dose or make sure you eat and let your body adjust. Sometimes it takes a week.

Oh, you’re on Gabapentin? Personally, the giggles lasted about a few days for me then I became regularly adjusted. But when I first took I’d laid on my kitchen floor laughing my ass off before I really realized it was the gabapentin doing it. My dose increased just last week from 600mg to 900mg 3 times a day

I'm on gabapentin specifically for the high/dizzy/giddiness since it was prescribed for insomnia. The things that usually interfere with the medication for me are eating and if I can focus on one thing long enough I can ignore the symptoms until it's over which is usually about 3 or 4 hours. If I push through it I generally develop a tolerance within a couple of weeks and need my dose increased but you should still mention it to your health provider in case they can adjust it.
