Starting Gabapentin for Pain Relief

you're gonna be tired for a few weeks and it's the best sleep you'll ever get in your life. the only time in my entire 23 years of life someone has said I looked well-rested was when I had just started gabapentin and was sleeping like 20 hours a day. even once the comatose stage of side effects passes, I've never had anything be nearly as helpful, not even opioids. if I run out of gabapentin for a day or two, I cannot move, I cannot cry, I cannot even breathe without insane pain. with it, I can do a task every single day, sometimes even two or three. I could sing its praises for days tbh

I went on it in October. I really like it. The only issue I've had has been with drowsiness, so I'm careful how much I take during the day so I'm still safe to drive and work. The higher the dose for me, the drowsier I am. 💕

Don't know what I'd do without it. Been on it for 27 years. Helps with pain and neuropathy...

Im on it, it helps with my weird chronic pain a LOT. Like when i dont take it im crying in pain:/. So yeah, its good stuff imo.

I am also on gabapentin and it helps my back alot
