How does everyone feel about Liquid IV? I recently bought some packets but idk how I feel about the taste. I'm interested in hearing other's opinions.

      I never liked LIV - always had to run it through my tube so I didn’t taste it. I use Transfuze now and I really like it! Tastes great and imo works better that LIV for POTS symptoms!

      Not a clean product and too much sugar. I recommend LMNT, Cure, or Redmond Salt Electrolytes

      Honestly, there's like a weird after taste? Like... It's pretty obvious that they're using the same flavour palette in all the flavours to try and hide it, but it still comes through a bit. It does work. I'm just... Meh.

        @Neuco im kind of new to POTS. And originally, i also had low potassium. Now im on Spronolactone and so cardiologist says i can now eat as much salt as i want as long as i dknt take salt pills. So what about Propel, liquid IV works?

      I just buy the Walmart brand water flavors with electrolytes.

      It’s a little too sweet for me. I like the matcha lime ginger one, but the non caffeinated ones are super sugary. I have strawberry and I’m not a huge fan. I keep buying generic propel powder instead!
