Looking for a better hydration drink

does anyone know a good hydration drink besides IV in a bottle? i’ve tried it and it helps me hydrate but it tastes so bad, i can barely get it down with my sensory issues (autism related)

Have you tried Pedialyte? It tastes better and has electrolytes in them. I also buy the liquid IV packets and shake them up in my water bottle. I use the strawberry ones and they taste way better. Hope this helps :)

I like dripdrop but it doesn’t have as much salt or electrolytes. I also like propel!

I take electrolyte tablets. And I use a water bottle that has times written on it to help keep consistent drinking.

when worst comes to shove you can drink those types of drinks and eat a BUNCH of fruits that are hydrating like watermelon
