Looking for a better hydration drink

when worst comes to shove you can drink those types of drinks and eat a BUNCH of fruits that are hydrating like watermelon

there’s gatorade zero powder sticks you can get at the grocery store! i’m not sure if they’re a better texture but they’re way cheaper!

I take electrolyte tablets. And I use a water bottle that has times written on it to help keep consistent drinking.

Pedialyte (comes in tons of different flavors and packets) body armor, and gatorade

I mix an electrolyte powder with a water flavor packet

I like dripdrop but it doesn’t have as much salt or electrolytes. I also like propel!
