Yes! I love pedialyte (the Advance/adult blue one) but it’s pretty expensive so my next go to (and with more electrolytes and salt) is Kinderlyte! I like the advanced and berry flavor best, and get it powdered. Best tasting one I think, and has around 800mg of sodium and other electrolytes, which is more than pedialyte. TriOral is also very cheap and has over 1g of sodium and more electrolytes but doesn’t taste great, so I mix 1/2 TriOral (for the lots of salt) and 1/2 Kinderlyte for the flavor! Hope that helps and feel free to message, I can give more info!

liquid iv is a really good thing for starting out with electrolyte powders! i personally am not a fan of the strawberry flavor, but all of the other ones i’ve tried haven’t tasted too bad. I’d also recommend getting a really big water bottle. you won’t want to refill it 4 times a day, so get something that can hold 64-72 ounces at once, decorate it however you’d like, and then bring it everywhere!!

i have a sample packet of the lemon lime that i need to try out, but i’ll give them a go! I just have to figure out which one of the 4000 water bottles i have to start out with 😅

It's not a powder, but I use LyteShow drops. They are basically tasteless and you can add them to any drink. Have really helped me with hydration.

ooh also! soy sauce is a fantastic addition to any salty food or snack. it can be bought in bulk, has 1000 mg of sodium for every tablespoon, and is 3.00 at the grocery store as opposed to other electrolytes that are 30.00 for only 500 or 800 mg. sugar free too!!

I like liquid IV (the guava flavor is trash- don’t get that one) I like LMNT even better but that one’s kind of an acquired taste, they’re really salty at first. Raspberry is my favorite

I couldnt find electrolytes mixes that worked for me. So I go to rite aid and get off brand salt tablets (way cheaper than vitassium) and order Concentrace minerals I add to my water (they are tasteless)
