Yessss. It’s so hard to convince myself to do these things. For some reason routine makes me depressed so if I have to do something every day, I get pissed off. It’s pretty inconvenient. Lol.

I keep my toothbrush and toothpaste in the shower. I used to have braces so I have grown used to scrubbing hard enough to get any plaque off. It may be gross to some, but I only brush my teeth every other day when I shower, it doesnt stay on long enough to become tartar. I just haven't been able to find any other way to make it work, even alarms which is the only way I've ever been able to help with prospective thinking and tasks. My breath doesn't really smell that bad. Its not always great but i dont get close to people anyways. My bf is the same way. It's only really bad in the mornings or if your mouth gets dry or you don't eat regularly. So we make sure to only tongue kiss after brushing lol sometimes we shower more often so don't worry guys, my teeth are fine. They're yellowish, but not like 👀👀👀 yellow you know lol. they've always been that way even when I was a child and was made to brush twice a day. So they haven't changed color and I've never had any teeth fall out so far so idk. You gotta work with what you got sometimes.

(Sorry, I thought I was on the autism forum. But, my reply still stands. Just find a routine that works. Brush your teeth once a day instead of twice. Shower every other day. Try to make it seem less daunting, or even have someone remind you to do those things if necessary.)

All the time. My best advice would be to develop a routine/schedule that works best for you, or to find ways to make it seem like less of a chore. Even if it means shortening the amount of time you brush your teeth, buying different toothpaste, or getting a new showerhead, finding ways to better suit the environment to your needs should definitely help.
All the time! I struggle with it so much like I never leave my room
Yeah for some reason I’m just really lazy and unmotivated 🥲
routine is a good thing to help with the depression, for me I've been trying to get my hair a certain way and a necessary part of that is washing it regularly, I'm still trying to fidn a way to brush in the mornings
yeah, i haven't been doing to well keeping up with showers or teeth brushing. it only really happens when i'm forced to go out every once or twice a week
all the time- it’s one of my biggest struggles

Yes, but only a little bit. Skipped a shower today when I needed one.
I have a hard time too, but it’s a little better if you have someone who cares about you gently remind you of little things like that
