I had/have pretty bad migraines so I was referred to a neurologist and they gave me a nerve blocker shot in the area of my migraines and it hurt but honestly believe it helped minimize it

Whenever I even start to feel a headache now I whip out my âmigraine kitâ. â˘Himalayan pink salt nasal inhaler â˘CBD chapstick (Iâm sure thereâs balm but I rub this on my neck or temples) â˘peppermint balm â˘peppermint oil â˘tension headache relief caplets (they have acetaminophen and caffeine) â˘a full bottle of water â˘try to eat a snack If it doesnât subside after a little while I go in with allegory relief. If I start getting nauseous Iâm lucky I have left over prescription of ondansetron. You should ask your doctor about it. I put one of those in (itâs dissolvable) and I hop in the shower and hope for the best. I try to take a nap afterwards to sleep it away but itâs hard to sleep like that.

My migraine routine is Excedrin extra strength, a full bottle of cold water, and sit in the shower with the lights off until it eases up. Once I'm able to get out of the shower I try to have a banana and peanut butter, this seems to help as well. I try to take the excedrin as soon as I feel an aura because my migraines come on very quickly. I also keep track of how often I've taken the excedrin by using a marker to put a dot on my calendar, easy way to keep track of how many times per week/month I have migraines.
@GayBoromir I'll try this!!
Pamprin is the only over the counter medication I found to help relieve some migraines and symptoms. I hope this helps you.
