I thought I'd share my personal journey through dealing with a technology addiction. I'm trying to avoid doing what I'm used to, which is scrolling away looking at reels on Instagram or YouTube. Each time I get the urge to, I'll try and log it and see if after a month or so I can see some improvement. Small steps!

      screen time limits have helped me immensely. even if i don't listen to them and continue to scroll it helps me become more aware of the time i'm spending and really puts it into perspective
