I am doing a gratitude journal 3 things I am thankful for and working on quitting smoking any advice it seems I always have to have something to do with my hands to keep my heart and head content i have a counseling session tomorrow about addiction and I am working on making better decisions 😀

I’m doing the same thing! I started guided journaling & it has helped tremendously because my mind is on important thought to write down during the day. Therapy has helped a lot. I try to stay busy so I don’t get bored.
