Severe Knee Pains and Burning Sensations

Ive been experiencing pain in the bones of my feet, legs, and hip randomly for as long as I can remember. It comes on usually after days of high activity, when it’s cold, or for seemingly no reason at all. It’s an intense aching in the bones, usually in the arches of my feet and shins. Over time it will lead me to limping severely to walk as pressure makes it worse. Heat helps and otc pain meds do the trick, but it’s been an ongoing issue through my entire life and I’ve never gotten any answers. Does anyone have a similar experience?

I've been dealing with the idea of being misdiagnosed? When I was a teenager I was told by my primary care doctor (ish) at the time that a lot of my pain could be from hypermobility syndrome but honestly I'm not sure if that's the case. My knees constantly ache, all the time. As long as I can remember and at some point it gets too rough to want to walk. I think at this point I'm still abled body of course, I can walk but that constant unstopping pain paired with my hip giving out if I walk more than like ~30mins consistently-ish give of take, that can actually take me out of commission for days. I'm on disability for my mental health but my body feels as if it's deteriorating and I feel so bad being like this at 21, I say I'm year based young but have the body of an unhealthy elderly person. I also have a slight curvature in my spine from a mild case of scoliosis that makes me literally from top to bottom of me ache. I mostly can get by but it gets hard on my worst days. My family has a history of arthritis and I'm worried it may be that too as my joints in my hands and wrists suffer at time too, but being an artist and a person that plays video games maybe it's just pain from that. I don't know, I just know that I don't personally see a very drastic bend in my joints to think this IS hypermobility syndrome even though it's on my record. Should I try to get another opinion years later? Or just, deal with it? I have very bad anxiety and I'm worried about two main outcomes, either being told the same thing or being told there is nothing wrong they can tell at all and having to deal more with the health care system in my country. Any advice? 🥲

I’ve been really struggling with my joints lately, my knees keep going out of place or giving out on me, and my hips are in excruciating pain. It hurts to move and I feel like I’m almost waddling because bending my knees and hips make them hurt worse, and I end up over compensating for the side that hurts and end up hurting the other side. It’s really getting in the way of living and I don’t know what to do. I’ve been thinking about using a cane or some kind of mobility aid on my bad days but I don’t know how to ask my dr about it. My PCP doesn’t know how to help me, my rheumatologist said he can’t do anything for me and won’t help me because he doesn’t know about hypermobility, and my pain “specialist” doesn’t help at all, they keep telling me that I’m too young to be in pain. I don’t know what to do because my mobility is becoming impaired and no matter how hard I try to tell my pain specialist they’re not listening and getting a second opinion has been a nightmare as there’s almost no one in the area who specializes in pain, I’m at the largest neuro/ pain center there is and they’re refusing to help because “im too young to be in pain”. I don’t know what to do nothing I’ve tried is helping, and I’m loosing all the little hope I had left.
