Just been officially diagnosed today with Fibromyalgia. I’ve been having joint pain since I was about 7 years old. Even though I knew it was a possibility, this is still not the greatest news to hear. Any advice on how to cope/live daily with this? Advice to manage the pain and/or anxious and depressive thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.😊

I am also on an antidepressant that helps. And I take CBD around 50mg to help as well. I also have voltaren and i like to use KT tape. But the number one thing is making sure I don't do to much in a day and keep my stress down.

Since you have joint pain I would ask the doctor if Voltaren would be good to use. It's labeled for arthritis pain but I use it when my hands are locked up and it's honestly been a lifesaver. I also use compression gloves to make daily tasks less excruciating. Now that you have a diagnosis you can get medication to help manage it, I'm actually on 2 antidepressants that act as nerve blockers meanwhile helping me better control my mental health. My state has medical marijuana and I'm trying to get my card because I found that mocrodosing and using the lotions greatly increase my quality of life. I hope you find relief quickly 🤗
