I will never let a chiropractor do a cervical adjustment on me. There is a lot of peer reviewed evidence to suggest it is a medically unsafe procedure.

For me I dislike the uncomfortable feeling if my neck is not aligned. I love going to the chiropractor. I feel like I get more anxious when my body is not right.
