Chiropractic Care: Help or Hurt?

Chiropractic has been the single greatest tool in pain management for me, and you can absolutely guide them in how and where to massage and adjust you.

Not all the chiropractors are rough. I go to one thats very gentle and it's definitely helped me. I'd visit some places with the intention of observing what they normally do, and u can see if u would be comfortable with it💕

I dunno if this applies as easily outside of Colorado, but I try to check with chiro, physical therapists, dentists, and any specialist performing a potentially painful procedure or test to see if they're ok with me coming in a bit stoned. I've got my med card, and I'll usually smoke weed before going in because it typically reduces both my pain and my anxiety for the procedure.

If you explain your situation to a good chiropractor then they will understand. They tend to work with pretty fragile people so they will understand. And if you need to leave or stop you just need to say so
