Insurance won't cover MRI, alternatives?

My insurance doesn’t cover the cervical spine MRI my doctor recommended… is going to a chiropractor and doing yoga enough for my nerve damage?

Please please be careful with chiropractics!! They are not medical professionals and chiropractic techniques can (not necessarily that they *will*) do much more harm than good for some people & conditions
